Meeting minutes for the October 19th meeting.

Attendance: Sarah (President),  Rafal (Past Chair), Kyle (VP Marketing), Danielle (VP Finance), Mark (Dive coordinator), Amanda C (VP Fundraising), Cassidy (VP Environment)

Reports

SUB Booth

• Sarah set up the booth, Mark and Cassidy did the afternoon and took it down.
• Not too much interest in the morning but a few names were on the interests list so it is worth it.
  
• Tuesday – will set it up and leave it there when nobody can be there.
  
• Maybe we should do this more often even if people can’t sit at the booth, it doesn’t cost anything.

Posters – Tuesday? Ocean Sports Logo?

• Start printing tomorrow, all posters at once (at least 1000) to get a volume discount.
• We need ski trip posters immediately!
• Google doc sign up for postering for each building
• Discover scuba (whole year) 420, ski trip 300, Mexico 285, Attic 100
• $175-200 tomorrow, more later.
• Cards to hand out – add Edward the Seahorse + Ocean Sports
• Cards ski trip 25 sheets, cozumel 25 sheets, DSD 25 sheets (75$ + gst)

BBQ Supplies – Follow up

• Table buy from Amanda or Danielle
• Carts – food service industry (look to see what the prices are like

• Attending? Need Dive Leader, Who is going to help with Gear, Storage for Gear?
  
• DSD 6 people right now (can take 8 people), certified divers
